The weather and the climate
In this Social Science Unit we have been studying the weather and the climate.
Let´s look outside and we will know how is the weather...It´s sunny, rainy or windy...
So the question was..."What is the weather?"
Weather depends on the atmospheric phenomena. In class we watched some videos to identify them.
What are the weather elements or conditions and how can we measure them?
In class we watched a video about the weather elements and tools or instruments we use.
If we sing this simple and easy song we can remember the weather instruments.
Now, we know the weather conditions, instruments and the atmospheric phenomena.
We can make a "Weather Forecast" !!!
And what is the difference between the weather and the climate?
Climate doesn´t change but scientists predict a climate change beacuse the human action.
How can we understand the global warming? How can we stop it?
Finally we studied the three main climatic zones in the Earth.
We also studied the different climates in Spain.
